How do you get ready for school or work in the morning when you have time on your hands.
Get up and put music on. Lie in bed for a few minutes listening to it before you get up. If you find yourself going back to sleep, get up immediately.
Have a long breakfast. Do this before getting dressed. This will prepare you for the day.
Have a cup of coffee or tea. Watch the news when you are doing this to keep up to date.
Get dressed. Do this before getting your hair sorted etc.
Get hair sorted etc. Brush teeth, apply make-up or hair gel.
Plan your day. What classes will you have today and at what time? Is there any unfinished homework or files to do? If there is, do it now.
If you still have time, help yourself to another tea or coffee. It will peak your energy levels.
Leave for school or work. If you have to catch a bus, leave plenty of time to wait at the bus stop. This gives you valuable time to think to yourself.
Have a good day at school or work.
Tips
- SET AN ALARM. Make it an alarm that plays music so there's no fumbling about in step one. Monotone alarms are ineffective and boring.

- Try to get enough sleep!
Things You'll Need
- Coffee or tea! Not energy drinks, they are too high caffeine, and personally I feel they are unsophisticated!
- TIME. If you don't have it, you can't do this!
